3" and 4" Baby Doll Ornaments
Every year, I make a batch of these little porcelain babies  just like you would make a batch of cookies. They are hand poured (liquid porcelain)into tiny molds, fired once, cleaned and fired again at a very high temp. Then they are painted and fired a minimum of four times each (or 3 for the closed eye dolls). I make them into Snow Babies (snow suits with snow flakes), Fairy Babies (with different types of wings) Jewel Babies (with coloured rhinestones somewhere on their costume), angels, and Bunting Babies. The Bunting Babies make perfect first Christmas or birthday  or Baby Shower gifts. I usually put a hanger on the dolls so they can be a tree decoration and that's where mine go!!
